Chuck the owner is an executive chef with over 20 years experience in creating dynamic food. His daughter Lauren is a very picky eater. She was working with her Dad and the restaurant when he tried to persuade her to eat traditional hummus. She finally gave in and tried traditional hummus. She spit it out and said "Ewwwwwwww if you can add Peanut Butter to that I will eat it. Chuck as a joke made a chick pea based hummus with Peanut Butter and didn't think anything of it until everyone who tried it love it. He then went on to make the other signature flavors and the response to friends and familys was so great he knew he was on to something great. That is how it started
Also part of the company is Bonnie, Chucks partner in life and in the business. Bonnie has extensive experience Sales, Customer Service and Marketing. She even doesn't mind cleaning out the camel stalls
